In the framework of Amlak Hotels & Tourism Investment Company strategy for constantly delivering & providing the best service to its guests to meet their satisfactions, Naji S. Alia, CEO of Amlak announced recently The hotel group has partnered with Jordan-based Marketing Research Firm, “Sondos” to implement the new guest satisfaction loyalty measurement program, which will be implemented at all of Amlak’s family of hotels (Grand Belle Vue, Belle Vue Hotels, and the Belle Vue Inn Brands). In a signing ceremony hosted at Amlak’s headquarter in Amman, Jordan. Both companies led by Naji S. Alia CEO, of Amlak Hotels & Tourism Investment Company announced the partnership agreement with a launch date schedule on January 1st, 2012. Motasem A. Our approach combines the Six-Sigma methodology with qualitative market research & business analysis, and research data through the most high-tech IT solution & online web portal. Additionally, the new technology will be tailored to measure and improve Amlak’s guest satisfaction, loyalty and overall owner’s profit, with a unique approach for hotels ownership groups to control operation processes based on guest’s experience and change feedback into desired actions & monitoring and highlighting areas of improvement
